Couples Counselling
Couple counselling is a 60-minute meeting with a psychologist, the purpose of which is to discuss potential possibilities of helping the couple. In contrast, couples therapy session dives deeper into underlying dynamics and patterns to create greater understanding and communication among spouses. For couple counselling, we invite couples who are not sure what form of support they need. Regardless of whether you are looking for advice related to a specific problem or you are struggling with long-term discomfort in your relationship. During such meeting, we will listen to what you are dealing with, what is difficult for both of you, you will tell us about your needs, and we will show you a way to act.
During a couples counselling session, a psychologist may ask you a question about your life, everyday difficulties you experience, relationships with other people or problematic situations.
