Individual Psychotherapy

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a process that consists of a series of online meetings (45-50 min) conducted by a qualified therapist. During the first sessions, we talk about the difficulties you report, the problems in which you need support and the goal of the therapy. On this basis, we initially identify the areas you want to work on. In the next steps, we decide how further cooperation will proceed – we talk about the format of the meetings, the duration of the therapy and the aspects you want to focus on first.

During the next sessions, we focus on describing the problem, understanding your reactions and solving the difficulties, which helps to regain balance and satisfaction with life.
